Final Paper Submission Guidelines

The term Final Manuscript refers to the camera-ready version of your paper, which is the final submission required for presentation. To avoid confusion, we will use "Final Manuscript" consistently throughout this guide.


All authors who have received an "Accept" decision for their submitted papers must submit their Final Manuscript according to the guidelines below.

■ “If you submitted your paper to the IEEE Publication Track..”

[IEEE Publication Track] & [Special Session: IEEE Publication Track]

If your paper is categorized under the IEEE Publication Track or Special Session: IEEE Publication Track, please follow the same steps as previously announced:

  1. Create your manuscript.
    • Proofread and check the layout of your manuscript (It is highly recommended to do this BEFORE using PDF eXpress).
    • Ensure the following:
      • ▫ ️ The list of authors must match the information registered in EDAS.
      • ▫ ️ Do not include the copyright notice.
      • ▫ ️ Do not include page numbers, conference name, or any unnecessary extra information.
  2. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to generate the compliant PDF file.
    • Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site: https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
      • ▫ ️ First-time users should:

        ① Select “Create account.”
        ② Enter the Conference ID: 66376X
        ③ Provide your email and create a password.
        ④ Follow the prompts to complete registration.
        ⑤ An email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

      • ▫ ️ Previous users can log in using their existing credentials and enter the new Conference ID.
  3. Upload your source files for conversion or your PDF for checking.
  4. Submit your Final Manuscript via EDAS.
    • After generating your IEEE-compliant PDF using PDF eXpress, upload it to EDAS via the link provided in your acceptance notification.

Complete the electronic copyright form via EDAS

All authors intending to publish in the IEEE Xplore® digital library must provide a transfer of copyright. IEEE is enforcing strict copyright rules. For your convenience, the copyright form is made available electronically through EDAS. To access the copyright form, select the icon in the copyright column within your paper record.


※ Once a paper is published in IEEE Xplore, it cannot be withdrawn or replaced with a corrected version.

■ “If you submitted your paper to the Non-IEEE Publication Track..”

[Non-IEEE Publication Track] & [Special Session: Non-IEEE Publication Track]

If your paper is categorized under the Non-IEEE Publication Track or Special Session: Non-IEEE Publication Track, you are still required to submit a Final Manuscript. However, you are not required to follow the PDF eXpress process.

  1. Prepare your manuscript.
    • Review your manuscript for any necessary updates or corrections (e.g., typos, formatting).
    • If no updates are needed, you may submit the same version previously uploaded.
  2. Upload your Final Manuscript.
    • Upload the revised or original version of your manuscript directly via the EDAS platform.
